Corrections, disputes, and removals

Malaysia Tour Operator Guide lists tour operator businesses across Malaysia. Each listing draws from publicly available business details like name, address, phone, and website. Scores and review summaries come from Google reviews, analyzed by a single fixed rubric that applies the same way to every business. Being listed is free, and payment never moves a score or changes your ranking. Fixing factual details

Factual fields on your listing include your business name, address, phone number, website, opening hours, and services offered. If any of these are wrong, send the correct information along with proof we can check it against, such as your website or your Google Business Profile. Once we verify the correction, it stays in place through future data refreshes. Corrections to factual fields do not affect your score.

Challenging your score

A dispute is not a request to raise your score. Instead, a dispute is a claim that the underlying data feeding your score is incorrect. This means your profile was matched to the wrong business, reviews were assigned to your listing by mistake, or a summary of what reviewers wrote does not match what they actually said. When you dispute, we re-check the sources and regenerate your listing from scratch. We never hand-edit scores.

Removing your listing

We remove listings when a business has permanently closed, when two listings are duplicates of the same business, or when a listing falls outside the scope of this directory. Our monthly verification cycle automatically catches and removes businesses that have closed. An accurate, in-scope listing will not be removed just because you ask, and we will tell you plainly why if we decline to remove it.

How long things take

Every request gets a reply within 5 business days. If we approve a removal, it happens within 7 days. If we decline your request, we give you the reason.
