Malaysia Tour Operator Guide is an independent directory of tour operator businesses in Malaysia, published by Meridian Guides. Listings and scores are derived from publicly available review data under a fixed, published rubric; the full method is set out on our scoring method page. By using the site you accept the terms below.

No endorsement

Nothing on this site is a recommendation to engage any particular business. Scores summarise public review data; they are not a promise about the service you will receive. Check the details that matter to you directly with the business before engaging it. We aim for accuracy but do not guarantee the information is current, complete, or free of errors.

Referral disclosure

We may pass your enquiry to a listed business or a partner, and we may be paid a referral fee when that happens. Referral fees have no effect on scores or rankings, which come from the published rubric applied to public review data and cannot be bought or adjusted.

Businesses listed here can request corrections, dispute a listing or score, or ask to be removed. The listing policy explains how each request works and what to include.

Acceptable use

The site is for finding and contacting tour operator businesses. Do not scrape or bulk-copy the compiled content, send fake or misleading form submissions, attempt to disrupt how the site runs, or use it for anything unlawful.

Intellectual property

Meridian Guides owns the compilation: the editorial text, scores, summaries, and the way the directory is assembled and presented. Source reviews stay with their authors on the platforms they were written on, and business names and marks remain the property of the businesses themselves.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meridian Guides accepts no liability for loss or damage arising from use of the site, reliance on its information, or any engagement you enter into with a listed business. Any contract you form with a business is yours and theirs alone. Liability that the law does not allow to be excluded is not excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any dispute about them falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
